With 20 years of experience and degrees from Hampton University and Pratt Institute, Jessica’s journey encompasses design, marketing, and leadership roles in communications. She co-authored two children’s books with her husband, promoting Black representation. Under her leadership, GPD has received prestigious awards, such as the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s Class I Supplier of the Year, and has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, and Entrepreneur magazines.

Ken Taylor has nearly 35 years of experience as a business executive and senior consultant, achieving breakthrough results in businesses and nonprofits. After 17 years in leadership roles at Procter & Gamble in Customer Business Development and Product Supply/Logistics, his career includes C-level positions at Prolanthropy and Athletes in Action. He oversees Derrick Johnson’s Defend the Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization. Ken brings his clients extensive leadership skills and unique experiences, from soap sales and distribution to celebrity athlete mega-fundraising events. His expertise spans business operations, sales, fundraising, team development, and Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS), which are all part of his skill set.

Nick Jackson, a former teacher, football coach, and minister, stepped onto a larger stage as a motivational speaker in 2012, founding Nick Jackson Speaks and #IAmSPEAKLOVE. As a Craveable Culture Consultant, he inspires and empowers others to achieve their higher purpose. His proudest accomplishment is creating Turkey Cuts, a holiday program that provides free hair care to those in need. Guided by the belief that strong character and love enable us to reach our full potential, Nick continues to serve as a beacon of light within his community.

Danise DiStasi is Chief Storyteller, Founder, and Executive Director of Unleash Love. She has 27 years of experience in the medical industry, having held roles ranging from nuclear medicine product specialist to VP of sales and marketing. In 2001, she joined The Ken Blanchard Companies, where she transitioned from business development to leadership training and development. In 2007, she founded DiStasi Advisors, LLC, coaching executives in leadership, character development, and team building. A professional writer for over 20 years, Danise drew inspiration for her leadership blogs, a leadership book, and a middle-grade book from her rescue pup, Louie. She then collaborated with her grandchildren, Evi and Mea, to create children’s books based on Louie’s adventures. In 2021, Danise established Unleash Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children build character, improve literacy, and eradicate bullying through the power of storytelling.
